hereinafter referred to as HAFBO

Dear participants,

In order to provide you with high-quality services, it is necessary to handle certain organisational matters in advance.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to register in the DOGRES system.
By registering and subsequently signing up for any events organised under HAFBO, you agree to these Operating Rules.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to meeting you at our training lessons and events.

HAFBO Training Area

These Operating Rules set out the conditions for visitors to the HAFBO training area, for all events organised under the HAFBO name, and for training sessions conducted by HAFBO instructors at external training grounds.

Training Area

Each visitor:

  • Respects the instructions of the training organisers.

  • Commits to behave respectfully towards other training participants.

  • Is fully responsible for their own dog.

  • Is responsible for cleaning up their dog’s waste and any rubbish within and around the area.

  • Must not damage or allow their dog to damage or mark the equipment, training aids, or facilities.

  • Must ensure the training surface is not damaged (e.g. by unsuitable footwear or digging by the dog).

  • Puts away toys and training aids used during their lesson.

  • Respects the property of others and does not enter private or marked areas.

  • Is obliged to compensate for any damage caused to property or other visitors with an appropriate financial amount.

  • Must not enter the area under the influence of alcohol or consume alcohol during training. The same applies to the use of narcotic or addictive substances.

  • Is responsible for their dog’s health and must not overstrain it. Regular vaccinations are required. For first-time visitors, a valid vaccination record must be presented before participation; without it, the dog may be excluded from training.

  • Uses the training equipment only as instructed by the trainer.

  • Parks only in designated areas or along the access road in a way that does not block other vehicles.

  • Uses appropriate training tools (leash, collar, treats, toys, muzzle, etc.) to keep their dog under control and follows the trainer’s instructions.

  • Follows all information and instructions given by the trainer on-site or published on the website for the specific lesson.

Lesson Registration

Registration for training lessons takes place via the website https://hafbo.dogres.cz/.
Without proper registration, participation in the lesson is not allowed.

Participants may register for a specific type of training after confirming that they have read the Information for New Clients, or after agreement with the respective instructor.
Participants are required to follow all information and instructions published on the website.

If you cannot attend a lesson, please cancel your registration without delay to free up your spot for others.
Cancellations are possible no later than 48 hours before the start of the lesson. Otherwise, the credit used for that lesson is forfeited.

HAFBO reserves the right to cancel a scheduled lesson, particularly if fewer than 30% of spots are filled, or in the case of extreme weather conditions.
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded, and all registered participants will be informed accordingly.

Credit System

Payment for training lessons is made via prepaid credits in the Dogres system.
Credit for a cancelled lesson will only be refunded if the lesson was cancelled by the organiser.

If a client cancels less than 48 hours before the start of the lesson or event, the credit is forfeited.
For events such as seminars, workshops, or weekend stays, payment and cancellation terms are governed by the specific event conditions.

If unused credits are to be refunded to a bank account, an administrative fee of CZK 100 will be charged.

Each visitor to our training area and all event participants are required to comply with these Operating Rules.
In case of violation, the visitor will be warned. Serious or repeated violations may result in exclusion from training without the right to a credit refund.

These Operating Rules come into effect on 1 January 2024.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Czech and English versions, the Czech version shall prevail.
